Winnie the Pooh is now in. Noah finally enjoys watching a 30-minute episode from front to back. (7/22)

Noah likes to line up his cars. (7/3)

Noah is also into tunnels for his cars. And he’s very creative about making them! (7/19)

He likes to swing “crooked” on his swingset. He leans his body from side to side and goes all over the place. He’s good at saying “crooked” too! (7/19)

He’s trying to learn to count. Usually he says “2,3,4,6,7,9!” (That’s a triumphiant-sounding nine, not nine-factorial) He’ll occasionally get 1 and 5 in there, but can’t seem to get 8 even though it’s his favorite number to identify on his number puzzle. He’s not applying to MIT yet (hasn’t even taken his SAT’s), so we’re not going to push him too hard on his number yet! (7/19)

He likes Thomas the Tank Engine again. He needed a break from him for about a month because he had simply watched it too much (and probably memorized all 20 or so episodes we had taped). But he just got a new Thomas video and it’s his new favorite. (7/19)

Noah loves Carowinds now. (An amusement park that we have a season pass for.) He has learned how to wait his turn and get off a ride when it’s over. His favorites are the carousel and train ride. Not interested in thrills yet. (7/19)
